Coachy ("Coachy", "we", "our", or "us") is a coaching management application designed to help coaches manage students, lessons, schedules, lesson packages, and related information.

Coachy uses Google Firebase services to provide functionality such as user authentication, cloud database storage, and backend services.
Information necessary to operate Coachy may therefore be processed using Google Firebase infrastructure.
Coachy may offer paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Payments are processed by Apple using Apple's In-App Purchase system. Coachy does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
We may receive subscription-related information from Apple that is necessary to determine whether access to paid Coachy features is active.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Coachy, such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, and payment services.

Coaches may create and manage student records and student login accounts. Student information is used to provide the coaching management features of Coachy and to allow authorized users to access relevant information.
Coaches should only provide student information that they are authorized to use for these purposes.
Coachy is intended as a coaching management tool and is not directed to children for independent use. Coaches are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required by applicable law before entering information about minors into Coachy.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information.
